WRAPP assists workers with issues arising from employment, focusing on vulnerable populations such as migrant and seasonal farmworkers, as well as survivors of labor and sex trafficking.
Most survivors are facing complex challenges and legal issues stemming from their employment. WRAPP provides survivor advocacy, social work support, and legal advice and representation.
Each year, thousands of people live in a state of modern slavery and abuse right here in the United States. We are working to help survivors of labor and sex trafficking in Indiana and to improve overall prevention, detection, and response protocols. WRAPP prioritizes state-wide education and coalition-building by training service providers, law enforcement, and members of the community. We conduct outreach to vulnerable worker groups and at-risk populations around the state. We know that human trafficking disproportionately affects BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities, and we are dedicated to addressing the needs of this population.

WRAPP screens cases for indicators of labor and sex trafficking and provides free legal advice and direct representation on a host of legal issues, including:
Survivor rights enforcement, Law enforcement advocacy, Employment and human trafficking litigation, Immigration, Family law, Expungement and Civil Vacatur, Protective Orders, and Consular Law
