Late Tuesday the 7th circuit implemented a ban on all transgender-affirming medical care in Indiana.

Earlier this week a Federal Court allowed Indiana’s law that bans medical providers from providing gender-affirming health care to transgender youth to go into effect. Even with this law:
- Transgender children can still get gender-affirming mental health care
- Parents can help your child get gender-affirming medical care in another state.
- Indiana Legal Services still provides legal services to transgender youth
